A wise person once said the best way to travel is by foot, by horse or by kayak. With that advice in mind, Paul Ash, took a boat and a paddle and joined an expedition to Inhaca and Portuguese islands in Mozambique and discovered the sage was right – the best way to explore the islands is from a small boat.
