How many Twitters does it take to bring down an Islamic Republic? A few dozen Twitters broadcasting thousands of fake messages to the “masses” succeeded in creating a media frenzy in the West, but the tweets were totally unsuccessful in Iran, unable to stir the pot in Tehran. Hebrew tweets emanating from Tel Aviv didn’t have quite the appeal for Iranians. Washington requested Twitter to delay their pre-planned upgrade, but Iran simply shut down the meddling twitter service and the intrusive SMS
