LOVELAND — The High Plains Paint Horse Show will be Friday-Sunday at The Ranch in Loveland. The show will be held from 5:30-10:30 p.m. Friday; 8 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday; and 8 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday in the Ranch-Way Feeds Indoor Arena and East Pavilion.
The 27th annual Elkton Horse Show, sponsored by the Elkton Historical Society, will take place on Saturday, Sept. 11, at Blue Ridge Park. This year, 33 classes will compete in the morning show, which runs from 10 a.m. to about 4 p.m. Another 37 classes will compete in the evening show, which lasts from 5 p.m. until late evening.
